Russia, Ukraine trade accusations over strikes; 9 injured
Russia and Ukraine on Saturday renewed their trade of accusations concerning overnight airstrikes that injured at least nine people. The Russian Defense Ministry claimed it downed 645 Ukrainian drones over 13 regions, as well as over the Black Sea and Crimea, while hitting a data center in Kyiv that supported Starlink communications. Ukraine's Air Force said its air defenses shot down 134 of 173 drones launched by Russia overnight, while Kyiv reported deadly strikes on residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the capital and Odesa region.
