SK하이닉스 세계 최초 HBM4 개발 완료, 엔비디아 루빈 두고 3파전 예고
SK하이닉스가 3대 메모리 제조사 중 처음으로 HBM4 개발을 완료하고 즉시 양산에 돌입한다고 발표했다. 이 칩은 핀당 10Gbps의 속도와 두 배로 늘어난 I/O 단자를 갖춰 엔비디아의 차세대 베라 루빈 GPU 플랫폼에 공급될 예정이며, 2027년 HBM4 할당을 두고 삼성전자, 마이크론과 3파전을 벌이게 된다.

SK Hynix Finishes World's First HBM4, Setting Up a Three-Way Memory Fight for Nvidia's Rubin
SK Hynix announced it has completed development of HBM4 and is moving straight into mass production, the first of the three major memory makers to clear that milestone. The chips run at 10 Gbps per pin with doubled I/O terminals, feed Nvidia's upcoming Vera Rubin GPU platform, and set up a three-way 2027 fight with Samsung and Micron for HBM4 allocation.
