Trump signs Russia sanctions bill championed by Lindsey Graham
President Trump signed the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 into law on September 18, authorizing sweeping sanctions on Russia's energy and defense industries and extending Iran sanctions through 2031.
