걸프 공급 확대 및 미-이란 대화 기대감에 유가 하락
사우디아라비아가 홍해 주요 파이프라인의 원유 공급을 재개하고 뉴욕 UN에서 미-이란 분쟁의 외교적 해결에 대한 기대감이 높아지면서 수요일 유가가 하락했다. 이에 따라 브렌트유 선물은 7센트(0.07%) 하락한 배럴당 $99.18을 기록했으며, WTI는 35센트(0.39%) 하락한 배럴당 $90.17을 기록했다. 공급 개선과 거의 7개월간의 분쟁 종식에 대한 낙관론은 브렌트유를 화요일에 9월 8일 이후 처음으로 배럴당 $100 미만으로 마감하게 했다.

Oil falls on increased Gulf supply and hopes for US-Iran talks
Oil prices drifted lower on Wednesday as Saudi Arabia began restoring crude supply on a critical pipeline to the Red Sea and on hopes for a diplomatic solution to the US-Iran war through talks at the UN in New York. Brent crude futures fell 7 cents, or 0.07%, to $99.18 a barrel while WTI fell 35 cents, or 0.39%, to $90.17 per barrel. Optimism around improved supply and a push to end the nearly seven-month conflict drove benchmark Brent down to close below $100 a barrel on Tuesday for the first time since September 8.
